I have been a member for a few months now; my only regret is not joining sooner. The staff is super friendly and the gym is always so clean. My teenage daughter has also started strength training with Abe and it’s been great for her thus far.

The best experience I have ever had at a gym it really does feel like everyone is family. The group sessions are fire highly recommended! The owner is down to earth and very helpful when it comes to seeing people achieve their goals.

I’ve been coming here since a little over 3 months and can say this is the first gym that’s ever had me stay! All of the staff makes you feel like you have a family when you walk in the door, whether it be a big hello or a smile! Definitely recommend checking out alpha!

If you’re really serious about going to the gym and taking care of your health, plug in to this community! Everyone here is willing to help you to progress toward your goals. This is an overall great gym, even if you’re just stopping by. They have all the equipment you need, whether you’re just starting out or have been lifting weights for a while. If you have any questions at all the staff is always willing to answer them. Don’t even look for another gym! Just take my advice and go here!

Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to in a long time. Very welcoming and the environment is everything you’d want in a gym. Adrian was very welcoming. I will definitely be returning.
