Kyler and Alex were also really great to work with, and communicated well throughout the process. We referred this company to 4 other friends and neighbors, 3 of which also went through the process and had a similar experience. We had the work completed 1 week before a wedding event being hosted at our house… The team went to great lengths to ensure everything was cleaned up and ready to go. The quality of work and customer service experience was great. I highly recommend anyone looking into roof replacement to consider these folks!

We had an outstanding experience working with Altitude to replace our roof as well as install some upgrades. The entire staff was very professional knowledgeable and made the entire experience very easy. From talking with insurance to the small details, Kyler provided amazing customer service to us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything very convenient for us. This project took a few months with insurance involved and Kyler maintain consistent contact and updates throughout. He was very attentive to all the questions we had and never hesitated to provide solutions to any adjustments we came up with along the way. I have been absolutely thrilled with my experience with Altitude. I found out about them thru a referral from another client who is a co-worker of mine, the best referral ever! They have made getting a new roof incredibly easy on my end, dealing with my insurance and securing approval from them. Not having to pay for a new roof out of pocket was a huge concern for me that they were able to negate. I wasn't able to be home for the bulk of the day, but was able to stop in mid-day to check in. Alex, one of the owners, was on site and able to answer any and all questions I had. I came home to a yard that was cleaner than when I left it in the morning. Their customer service is incredible, and they have been amazing from start to finish! I would highly recommend them!

The ENTIRE team at Altitude Roofing is FANTASTIC - Debbie was great at facilitating communications regarding my insurance claim and answering any questions I had at any time. Kadisha was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond working with my insurance company to approve a new roof. Kyler provided amazing customer service and was always available to answer any questions regarding the repair/replacement process. The team of roofers was amazing and completed the job, from stripping off the old roof to replacing with the new roof to the clean up, in just 1 day AND my new roof looks amazing.
