Not what we expect when paying the upcharges for large fries. All 3 of them were like this. We don't get to come to Arby's often, but we do treat ourselves occasionally. It was disappointing that our "treat" wasn't a great experience. My family was bummed.

Foods always delicious, fresh, comes out fast. Dining area and what's visible behind the counter is always very clean. Staff are super friendly and more helpful than they have to be.

Tried the new Waygu Steak Burger today and was surprised at the flavor it packed. On a friends recommendation,I requested no sauce as his was over sauced to the point he didn’t enjoy it. I would say he made a great suggestion, mine was great. The meat was tender and could use a pinch of salt but cooked perfectly and the veggies were fresh and flavorful. Curly fries were consistent, hot,crunchy and flavorful. I won’t be back for the burger though. Although good, it’s not good enough to spend almost 9.00 on.

The beef and cheddar sandwich is nothing special. I can make it at home just as good, maybe better. I didn't like the Arby's sauce either. I really don't understand what the attraction is with this place. I literally go once per decade, and I've never left one saying to myself, self, I got to go back to this place.

Easy location near shops. We chose to park and go in to eat. It was very clean and we had a great cashier named Andy. Our food was very quickly ready and tasted great. We will definitely go again to this location.

My turkey 🦃, bacon 🥓, and ranch market fresh sandwich 🥪 is fantastic. They've always put a massive amount of meat on them. Imagine what a double would look like. Hubbies #2 with sliced cheese. Only complaints were that the curly fries weren't 🍟 hot and the place was pretty busy, so they should have been fresh and hot. There were 4 empty tables and only one was clean. The others needed to be washed off.
