6 months agoGreat customer service from all staff. Even when they don't have a certain item they will order it and go above and beyond. Way better service then a big chain pharmacy. Very pleased and highly recommend!

a year agoThe people that work here are amazing! So friendly and helpful. The Pharmacist on duty is awesome and explains the medications you are taking or new medications you are starting. I love how there is a real homey feeling and how there is a gift shop with all kinds of goodies to buy for yourself or for friends and family. I highly recommend this pharmacy if you are looking for that Mom and Pop shop and pharmacy with the personal touch to it!!

4 years agoI've been going to them for a few years now after switching from a chain, and they always have the nicest people working for them. I mostly use the Hickory location. They call you by name when you walk in. and greet you with smiles. Always willing to help or answer questions. They are a treat every time I get to go. I love to walk around their store as well and buy stuff. :)

4 years agoThis drug store is the most nicest, personable drug store I have ever been to. I started using about 6 months ago and they call or text when my prescriptions are ready. They have a convenient drive through for when i don't want to get out of the car. If you don't have a drug store try them their staff will help and greet you as soon as you walk through the door!

4 years agoOur family LOVES Barnes & Williams! The staff is always super friendly & knowledgeable. They always get my medication ready in a timely manner, and make sure I understand everything I need to know about any meds that are prescribed to me or my children. We will be lifelong customers of Barnes & Williams! ❤️ BEST IN TOWN!
