We have had an excellent experience at Bebe Care. Ms. Kim is the absolute best- she is knowledgeable, funny and amazing with kids. My daughters actually like going to the doctor. They also make it very easy to get vaccine record copies and other paperwork filled out for school. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Kim Hart was absolutely stellar! We have not found any pediatricians who seem to actually care about us and our children. She was very respectful about our choices not to vaccinate our kids. The entire staff and team there were so kind to my 4 year old son and our baby. I am so happy to have FINALLY found a great pediatrician who truly loves her job.

My husband and I give Bebe Care pediatrics a five star! From the moment we walk in we receive a warm welcome from the ladies at front desk. The medical assistant ( with glitter hair ) is always friendly to us, listens to our concerns, and does an amazing job giving our daughter her vaccines. We also love Dr. Tran! She’s amazing, answers all our questions, clears up all our doubts , and gives us great advice for first time parents. We highly recommend this location and we will keep coming back!

Let me start by saying that we love the care Alben has given our kids, but I am not sure what is happening at this office when it comes to scheduling anymore. The last 3 visits we have waited OVER AND HOUR past our appointment time to see a provider. I understand that it gets busy, but at this point we will be looking for a new pediatrician because wait times like this cannot be normal. We have tried scheduling first thing in the morning, after lunch, etc. and it’s still the same ridiculous wait times. It breaks my heart because my kids love Alben but I find it completely unacceptable to wait this long EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I just had my first baby and had to no idea where to get a pediatrician. I ended up going with Bebe Care pediactions and it was a great decision! My daughter loves her doctor. Her doctor is so kind and fun. She is very reassuring and helpful. They also allow same day appointments if you're concerned about your child. The only thing you need to look out for is they don't have a late grace period. If you are late by any amount of time you are rescheduled.

Kim Hart is the greatest! We have been seeing her since my Son was a newborn. She is very thorough, and also makes you and your child feel like family. We appreciate her and the promtness and kindness of all the staff.
