User Feedback and Reviews

We value the opinions of our users. Here are some of the reviews we gathered:

A lot of these reviews are from years ago. I’ve been coming here 3 years.

There is a long waiting list but that’s bc people need help and this place helps. When you make your way and it’s your turn, the staff are all attentive and efficient. My first visit I did a breathing test and got several (completely non painful) pokes and waited for reactions. After I reacted the Dr made a plan for treatment. The hospital works easily w insurance and most insurance companies easily pay for these visits bc they eliminate issues instead of paying for lifelong asthma medication etc.
The treatments are working and I don’t rely on my inhalers etc, nearly as much.
I think some people don’t realize that not all allergies or food sensitivities are treatable. And some folks don’t readily know the difference between a sensitivity and an allergy. Untreatable allergies/sensitivities are not this clinics fault.

If I had to pick one complaint it would be that some of my visits I get pulled in later than my appointment time. But it’s a pandemic and everything in the world takes more time now, eh.

I have been seeing Dr. Altman for a little over 2 years now. He was the first doctor in a span of 3yrs to find a diagnosis for what turned out to be an autoimmune disease. He and my ENT doctor, Dr. Davis, have worked together to treat my symptoms when no other doctors knew how. The allergy clinic and Dr. Altman saved me, I went from not being able to breathe walking up/down a flight of steps, to now no longer needing 3 daily inhalers. I owe this clinic so many thanks.

Other people have mentioned this but they are effectively not accepting new patients. I have a referral from my PCP which I am told be processed within 90 days. 9-0!!! Only then, they will be able to schedule an appointment which is going to be 3-4 months out. It’s more than half a year to get medical assistance from this clinic. Don’t waste your time with them. Find some place else
