6 years agoDr. Fullerton is a wonderful, caring doctor who devotes time to his patients during their visits. He goes above and beyond when sharing his time and expertise during your visit. The wait time can be long but he treats each patient as an actual person and often runs over 15 minutes during office visits and consultations. I like that he is more concerned about quality of care over anything else.

6 years agoI would not recommend him any further unless you are in perfect health and do not upset his new office manager with being sick and having complications.
