7 years agoAlways a pleasant visit. We have never been in office longer than an hour. Always taken back with in 10-15 min. Between getting measurments and Dr to come in, we wait about 20-30 minutes. He doesn't rush, and he gets our little girl use to him before he examines her. She doesn't cry with doctor visits and I believe he has a lot to do with that. We will stay with Dr. Strong for as long as we can.

6 years agoMisdiagnosed our 4 month old! Said she had the stomach bug, but only spent 5 mins looking her over and didn't run any test. Sent us home, following night took her to the ER due to trouble breathing. ER tested her for RSV, came back positive. She was admitted to the Pediatric unit for 3 days due to low oxygen and dehydration. I told Dr. Strong that the Stomach bug doesn't present with all the other symptoms she had going on (coughing, fever, runny nose, watery eyes) he replied "well she has some other stuff going on" but again didn't run any test or prescribe anything.

7 years agoDr. Strong listens to all my concerns and takes great care of my children. I love the time he gives each of my girls. HE IS THE BEST PEDITRICIAN IN ABILENE!
