My experience yesterday was very stressful and the gentleman who help me wasn't very helpful from the start. He had told me that I would have to pay $300 down and $96 a day for the car because my insurance wasn't going to pay but after I made a several calls to Farmer they cleared it up. Then he kept trying to get me in a car that I wasn't pleased with then kept quoting me higher then what my insurance would pay. So I had to come out of my pocket just to get a SUV I had needed something large enough for my 3 tall Grandsons in high school to fit in comfortable due to I take them to school. So I ended up with something I didn't want had to pay a extra $36 for 3 days. And I hope and pray that my car would be ready by then but I know it probably won't due to the damage to it. But this isn't my first time having problems with enterprise I just wish that Abilene had more rental places to chose from. Because I would had most definitely went there. Then he going to say to me that he don't get paid commissions. I can't tell the way he kept quoting me higher and higher prices. This was the kicker he said you know this is texas and it Hell season. Yes and this is why people have insurance thank you very much. We can't control mother nature.

Enterprise is the only car rental company I prefer to use. The staff at this location are friendly and professional. At times there is an extensive wait to check out or return a vehicle. I had to give my drivers license 3 times because their tablet devices weren't working properly- that was annoying. Overall, I love Enterprise!! They also do car and truck rentals here.

Great customer service. Extremely helpful. Even though they had to deal with some other VERY unpleasant customers, all of the Enterprise team were positive and helpful and kind to everyone that came in. Good job team!

The 2 gentlemen who helped me was outstanding, very friendly, helpful and provided me with great customer service. I will definitely be going back to the South Clack st Enterprise location and I suggest you should to if you want to deal with people who care about your needs.

Enterprise is my go-to for rentals. If needed, they will pick you up and bring you to pickup your reservation. They can also give you a ride after drop off if needed. I am able to book in advance and already know what I will pay when I get there. The fact that they take debit cards is a big plus! The cars are always clean and I've never had any issues. The only negative thing I can say is that inventory can run low at times but even then they've always given me a free upgrade!
