This particular location is always crazy busy when I come to pick up a car, but they are SUPER helpful, kind and courteous. The cars are very well taken care of and are very clean inside and out. Thank you Ryan and Clay (I think I remembered your names correctly) for making my car rentals painless!

Insurance was to cover date . It’s unclear who dropped ball. However , I was told two different dates on turning a vehicle in. One date by Statefarm and one by Enterprise When I got vehicle I had to have it serviced myself . Engine light came on briefly within one day of using car. Agency acted as though it was ok to let me use my time to service car

The customer service is amazing. Although we had to wait for our rental, they made sure it was clean and gassed up. Very friendly staff.

Overall it was straight forward, insurance paid for my rental so no issues with that. The problem I had was how the person "selling" me the benefits of their collision waiver made it seem as if my own insurance wouldn't cover me in an additional accident. It honestly felt disingenuous. Once I asked him if he was sure, He covered by saying he wasn't 100% sure. Their coverage if in an accident " you could walk away and not worry about anything" that may be true just came off too slimeball like for a sale.
