They’re Passionate about impossible stains! I came to them with a huge pile of trouble, a thick goose down comforter that my criminal cat, Humo had decided to decorate with a huge urine puddle. They were relentless though, and would not give up cleaning it until it was pristine, but also safe of harmful chemicals. I’m so grateful for their their friendly and warm customer service. And their integrity, any other place would have charged me an arm and leg. I will return again, hopefully not with the same troubles. Thank you!

How much do I love Excell Cleaners in Albuquerque NM? Let me count the ways... 1. Jensen, who I think is the owner, is an absolute delight to interact with. He is a case study model of excellence. I heartily applaud the way Jensen rolls, in his business and his life... We need more Jensens in this world. 2. Special laundering requests were cheerfully accommodated, from special odor-removing steps and water temperature to drying and folding requirements. I so appreciate their willingness to do these things, and cheerfully. 3. Pick up and delivery was a breeze. I'm in a rehab facility recovering from illness, and didn't want the facility to handle my clothing. Excell Cleaners picked up and dropped off my order on time and with advance text notice so I could have staff meet them. So helpful! 4. Great results. My wardrobe and blanket were returned beautifully folded and stacked. Everything was fresh and bright. It smelled clean with no heavy scents (I don't think, still have Covid nose though). 5. Price? I honestly don't care what they charge. I am all for saving a buck. However in this case, I save Big Picture in clothing replacement costs. I think they are comparable to the other reputable places in town All in all, consider me a loyal customer and a raving fan! Oh and PS, they also do alterations. :-)

Being that I had just moved back to town after being gone for a few years, I needed some items dry cleaned for a meeting. I was really impressed at how they were able to get the job done in the time frame I needed. I recommend to anyone that needs dry cleaning to go here not only were they quick they were also friendly and professional. I genuinely liked the service I received and will recommend them to everyone I know.

When I say above and beyond than what was needed I mean it. Everyone has been amazing and so helpful. I never felt like I was talking to a business. Every conversation I've had you would think I was speaking to family. I highly recommend them.
