The check in and check out processes are very efficient. The technicians and doctor were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions in terms I understood. I would recommend Eye Associates to anyone requesting quality eye care.

The best medical office visit I have ever had (Dr. Commiskey, Devin, Brenda, and Mary are fantastic!), and I'm 53 years old with a lot of medical visits under my belt. I highly recommend Dr. Marshal at Eye Associates. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She takes the time to explain everything and all your questions are answered. I found the Eye Associate staff to be friendly and proficient.

Had an eye injury in a sports tournament in Ohio, came back and got scheduled immediately. Got seen the day of my return and given a diagnosis and a follow up appointment in 3 weeks to see progression or healing of the injury. Great service and helped to put my mind at ease, as well as on the next steps.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This company and location are a joke, The Employees are more focused on talking about one another as well as what they do on their personal time. I have heard the most disgusting things waiting for my appointment. The girls here are short tempered and rude to everyone they speak to. The Manager Michelle lacks Maturity in so many ways. How do you allow your employees to act this way on the clock? This woman needs a serious reality check about the company she's running. She is more worried about clearing house that's why they have new trainees almost every week. Do not apply here!!! and more Importantly do not trust them with your eyes!!! If you are late to an appointment past the 15 minutes all they do is go ask the techs make fun of you and then tell you no so it shortens the day. This place is very unprofessional.

Dr. Rivera is a great physician! He explains everything and answers all of my questions. I trust him completely with my vision. He did the cataract surgery on my right eye and performed a procedure that resulted in a much better outcome than the previous cataract procedure on my left eye by another surgeon.

Dr Chiang was extremely professional and courteous. He was very friendly and made our consultation easy and informative. I feel confident in his ability and trust his judgment and expertise. I look forward to working with him.

Dr. Selchau is a very professional, caring & strong-willed provider. She worked tirelessly for me to receive the care & treatment I needed to battle my eye disease. I will truly be grateful to her for her help to put me on the road to recovery.

Very pleasant experience at Eye Associates this morning. Both Dr. Ballew and her assistant, Reyna, were friendly, efficient and easy to work with. This was my first appointment with Dr. Ballew and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an optometrist.
