After having knee replacement l decided to try Fizacal. From day one they were all so encouraging and helpful during my journey for recovery. The room was so clean and l saw them sanitizing after l got off the equipment. TheTherapist was so knowledgeable about what and why the exercises were so important. Josie, at the front desk always greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude. I enjoyed that every one there seemed to be happy doing their job and said things that made us laugh. Kevin and the rest of the staff are amazing. They treated my family member with the highest of care, professionalism, and courtesy. If you find yourself in need of physical therapy services, this is by far the best choice!

Sadly, the PT, Kevin and the scheduling staff as well as the owner are misrepresenting their knowledge, skills and abilities. I wanted to go their facility because it was closer to my home. Their website leads you to believe and they verbally state that he has 20+ years’ experience. While that may be true it's not in balance therapy, concussion care and vestibular rehab. I asked how much experience he had with these services, and they said 20 years. When pushed at my appointment Kevin said he had been there a few months. Kevin stated that he has worked in home care and while that is great it is not extensive balance therapy, concussion care and vestibular rehab. Kevin, PT, did not even know how to read the reports from their own testing. He walked through the front reception area where my friend was sitting stating he was confused and did not know how to read the results. He was unable to explain the results to me and consulted his pta to help him still with no explanation. A PTA has less training that he does. I asked if he could get support for my case, and he said he took the vestibular program training. I was told by the scheduler that the owner would want to talk to me and would call. Instead, she had Kevin call. After having expert testing in this area there is a huge discrepancy in his testing, explanation, and training. I would go elsewhere is this is what you need. My treatment team reviewed his report and testing results and said that he is practicing outside of his scope of experience and if he had base- moderate knowledge of these diagnoses, he would have known how to read the report and that my results are showing brain healing. So, you can have a beautiful building, fancy equipment and a great support staff but without having a PT with a knowledgebase for your target patient it is all worthless and worse, they may injure people.

This place is top notch. Great people and environment.

I have been going to Fyzical therapy for about 6 weeks now in Abilene, TX. I can't express how much they have already helped me. When you walk in or call you are greeted by Jennifer who is so friendly and polite, will try to make schedule fit your time frame. Then Kevin works with me. We started out for my Vertigo and I have to admit I was not being very cooperative the first few visits because what I had and needed to do to help myself was let the Vertigo guess you could say hit me full force and I was scared of that. Kevin never became impatient with me and he encouraged me all the way. We have moved onto balance now and I can't complain on that either, he adds stuff, but let's you rest if needed and he knows what is good stopping point for myself and others I have seen him work with. Everyone is always good with the clients and stays busy. I am so glad my primary doctor referred me to them. Thank you Fyzical for your great work.

My shoulder was very painful and the work that Kevin and Josie have done on my shoulder has improved my ability to lift my arm with less pain. It’s improving my flexibility considerably. They are all patient, encouraging and friendly towards me. The environment is great and Jennifer has been kind and helpful to me on the administrative end. I always feel welcome at Fyzical.

I’ve had a lot of balance issues dues to medications as well as being out of shape. My doctor suggested I give Fyzical a try and my insurance gave their blessing. I went through a six week program with great results. I was so impressed I decided to do a second six week program. I highly recommend them because of their great personalities, professionalism and dedication to help their patients.

Staff here is absolutely amazing! So sweet and kind they helped me reach my goal and even finished early! If I ever have to do physical therapy again I will absolutely return to this facility! I highly recommend them! And truly appreciate everything they have done for me!

I had a great experience at Fyzical after my hip replacement! They were able to answer questions and concerns and help me build up strength in my hip. The staff are very welcoming and friendly!
