Most professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming people I’ve ever met. The owners are amazing humans, the coaches are amazing, and the team…. also… incredible. Couldn’t be happier with my time at Impact. 🏼

As a new person to Jiu Jitsu, I was immediately sold on Impact from my class. The coaching staff provides expert and meaningful feedback during each class. The facilities are kept extremely clean and the gym environment is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. Would highly recommend Impact to anyone of any level.

The environment that has been created at Impact is unmatched. Coaches to students are incredibly welcoming, the facilities are clean with a modern look, and the training is logical and practical. Classes tend to have a task based structure, which I think is ideal to truly learn the art. The white belts here show the effectiveness, as they tend to have more skill than blue belts at most other gyms. This will be my lifetime gym from here on. Oss.

I recently had the pleasure of joining Impact Jiu Jitsu Gym, and I can confidently say that it is an exceptional facility that truly lives up to its name. With both an adult program and a kids program, Impact offers a comprehensive training experience for folks of all ages and skill levels. What sets this gym apart is its unique ability to seamlessly blend the art of jiu jitsu with valuable life skills, making it an outstanding choice for individuals and families alike. Since we have started our kids have shown so much progression on and off the mat!

Amazing gym with great people. Culture is key to having a great training experience and the culture here is truly great. It pushes you but no to far. Can't train if your hurt but need to struggle to grow. Hard balance and Ben does a great job with the curriculum and environment. Come in and see why Jiu Jitsu will change your life.

My boy is 12 and in the adult program. He was nervous about starting Jiu Jitsu but the coaching team, staff and overall community have made him feel right at home! He has become friends with everyone on the mat and it has given him such a confidence boost in all other aspects of his life! Impact really is good people good Jiu Jitsu.

This place is great! It can sometimes be hard as a woman to find a place to train. I started at Impact about a year ago, first time training in bjj. I found it immediately welcoming and all of the instructors open to any of my questions or concerns. The first Friday women’s class is the cherry on top of my training every month. The crew is amazing and I’m so happy I found them.

We LOVE our Impact family! I originally started my son just before his 4th birthday and now both of my sons have been working their way through the minis class, plus my husband attends classes and open mat whenever we can fit it in. I can't say enough kind words about the Impact team - they put so much thought and intention behind coaching even their littlest members. It was one of the few gyms that even offered classes starting at such a young (and challenging!) age. From first contact to a year+ in, I've always felt like we're valued members of a gym that takes safety, learning, and building community seriously - and fun is never lost in the process. Open mat is fun to attend even if you're just the pregnant lady/mom on the sidelines - coaches and competitors alike are there to work hard, build their skills, and have a good time with respect and integrity. I find the lessons they're helping my littles learn to be invaluable, and the coaches lead by example as the kindest, most helpful, patient, GOOD people. I might say "great" or "exceptional" or "extraordinary" but for simplicity's sake - I couldn't agree more: Good people. Good jui jitsu.

My two girls starting doing classes here a few weeks ago. They love them, but I’m so excited for the array of skills they are learning as a result of these classes. They are learning about respect, discipline, perseverance, and more plus they have fun while doing it.
