The people who work there seem like they all hate their jobs, and it shows. They do the bare minimum for patients if that. Absolutely would have never expected this from this pharmacy. I don't recommend it at all. I had an issue every single time I needed a prescription refill. They failed.

Used to be my favorite pharmacy. SaD to say prob never again. Got a call from my Dr office they had called in my much needed prescription a couple hours prior....drove 20 mins into town to pick it up . Got there at 5:50 and they told me that nothing had been called in at all. Showed no record of it. 5:58 they sent me a message saying it was ready so I turned around and went back. Showed up at 601 and they had locked up and left already . At least had I used Walgreens? I would have had my prescription at some point tonight

This pharmacy reminds me of Eddie Krieger's back in the day. Great people to do business with. 50 times better than HEB or Walgreens. I am so glad they opened this great facility. If your not doing business with them, you are missing out on some of the last GREAT customer service. Love going there !!!!!!

This is the first time I have prescribed with this store, it is a new one. But I have filled with James McCoy’s for 3 years now and they have been the best pharmacy I have had the privilege to work with for my prescriptions. This store was no exception and the customer service was excellent! When I was out of town and had to rely on another pharmacy, Walgreens, they failed and I missed my amazing pharmacy. Thank you guys for always striving to do your best!
