Very poor service! I Am very disappointed at the way she treated me today, it was not professional. You need to be human first! We waited a week for a sick appointment for our 2 yr old in which time our premie twins got sick too. We waited one hour for our appointment with 3 sick children under two. She didn’t want to even look at our twins and said we had to make them wait for another appointment. Premies can be put back in the NICU and time is of the essence. Where is your heart doctor! I guess she expected us to just take our premies to the ER during COVID if they start getting sick. And yes! I am from Mexico City, and we demand the most standards of total quality. I was told that I would get used to the system in time. I WILL NOT “get used to” my family not being taken care of.
