a month agoSo glad I found this spot while in the mall yesterday as most food court food isn’t the healthiest. I ordered their stuffed chicken pita and was not disappointed! The chicken was a tinge dry, but that’s to be expected considering it was chicken breast meat and not chicken thigh. The service was great as well, so overall I would highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a healthier option at the mall!

5 months agoFor 20 dollars, I got overcooked shawarmeh 1 pita bread Mushy yellow rice And omg Tabouli is just cucumber Salad. Wherefore you people get your recipes. I guess this is the best at food court in this tiny Mall; won't eat here again. You need to visit BrooklynNY to taste Real Shawarma

a month ago6-22-24, 3pm: I waited in an empty line at the register for 5+ minutes without a greeting. I wasn't the only one ignored. I see a sign looking for help, but there were 4 people standing around talking while one was on her phone ignoring customers. They are "hiring", yet they need better customer service. I was ready to order for a group of 6. Missed income, so I took my business to Panda next door. The 3 couples behind me were ignored as well. It's no wonder that there is a line at every food place but this one. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

9 months agoIt's in the mall, first of all. The falafel is delicious, and I love the Gyro. I was a little hesitant trying middle eastern food in the food court, but I'm honestly very glad I gave the place a shot. The food is delicious!

2 weeks agoI rarely leave negative reviews but this establishment deserves one. Had I read the recent reviews rather than simply looking at the overall rating I would have known not to eat here so that's on me. Being from out of town I didn't realize this was a fast food counter in a mall food court so it was a little challenging to find. Once I arrived at the counter I found three employees standing in the back of the shop chatting and facing away from the counter. I had to yell three times to get anyone's attention. Once I did they couldn't figure out which order was mine although they only had one online to-go order waiting to be picked up. I could have gotten over the location and the poor customer service if the food had been any good. I ordered the lamb shawarma plate. The lamb was diced into tiny pieces and was overcooked, chewy and greasy. Neither the lamb nor the rice had any flavor except grease. The salad was drowning in Greek dressing. I've learned my lesson and will look a little more closely when placing my dinner orders in the future. 100% do not recommend.
