The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because of the counselor I’ve seen there. She genuinely seems to care. However, if you need medication, this is not the place. I’ve had three nurse practitioners quit without telling me so they just cancel my appointment and I run out of medication. Then you haven’t been medicated for weeks and they put you on something you’ve been on already multiple times. I’m on my fourth nurse practitioner now and none seem to care about what you think at all. They’re always right. Plus no one answers the phone for literally anything.

I think that the staff cares about the clients. Most of the staff. The doctors also care about the clients. You get what you put in, as with anything in life. If you don't invest any effort why should anyone else. I think that they offer I wide array of services as well as different times that they are able to be compatible with an individuals schedule. The only problems could be with communication if you need to get a hold of a specific person or when a phone call needs returned. Sometimes it can take a long time or it may not get returned. Also the unnecessary paper work. A lot of the paper work may not be needed or necessary. But this will happen with any state run facility. It is more for legal purposes. Also most are not paying any way so you should not have that big of a issue of filling out papers for a free or reduced cost service. I would recommend this place to others in need of their help as it has helped many people better their lives in many ways. I also think that they do a good job at what they do..

We've all had a year to adapt and adjust to covid. Summit Psychological management team has failed it's patients on so many levels. Their doctors and counselors fail to keep online appointments. Office staff is non-existent. Calling them is useless. No calls ever returned. Yet again out of the medications they prescribed with no other options. Don't go here.

They do not follow up and call when appointments are scheduled, they do not return calls, doctors and nurses practitioners are quitting left and right. My counselor is also no longer there and I haven't been scheduled with anyone else. I'm leaving messages daily with no returned call.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the absolute most unprofessional service around. You can never get ahold of anybody, wait 5+ days to get a call back. They’ve been through over 5 doctors in a year because everyone keeps quitting. Staff is very rude, they made we wait 4 days without meds before they sent my refills. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible, don’t waste your time here!!!
